Short summary

The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords is a manga which has Link, Zelda, Shadow Link, and Vaati. To defeat Vaati, Link has to pull the magical Four Sword from the sanctuary and he splits in four. Shadow Link is evil and has captured the maidens and dear Princess Zelda! But someone is behind  Shadow Link and Vaati. Ganon!

Blurb description:

A hero’s greatest challenge is …himself! Link must find a way to defeat Shadow Link, but only after he uses the Four Sword to master the colours of his own heart. And all of this is just a prelude to the danger posed by the Dark World and the evil Vaati.

Did you like this book?

I really like this book because of course I’m a big fan of The Legend of Zelda, and it shows how Link needs to manage all the colours of his heart. There is Red, the innocent and kiddy part of Link, Blue, the temperamental and angry part of Link (also the violent  bit 😏) and there is Purple, (or Vio, the actual name in the game/book) the calm and collected, smart bit of Link. Don’t forget Green, the set-on-the-objective guy, the one with courage, and the one and only real Link. At the end of the book, I was crying and had to remind myself that they were joining together, and not parting.

Would you recommend it to a friend?

yes — This is self-explanatory bit. I wold definitely recommend this book to a friend because it is such a great book. I would also try to keep it for myself, so I get the beautiful secret to myself. (My pastor calls this GATE-KEEPING.)
